Works great. I have tons of chargers, but all are too large to carry all the time. Swapped 3 times, so I feel it's paid for (this style of charger is normally $10 on Amazon) so $30 at Disney is fine due to free swapping. Charger works great

Received a defective device at an airport in Allentown, PA. I called the support immediately to inform them that the cords were broken. They sent me a replacement in the mail. I think It's convenient for people who fly often or plan to visit theme parks that offer them. The battery isn't a long charge but having the ability to swap out dead fuel rods with a charged one for free (or $1 some locations) is great. Especially because they give you a $5 credit for 5 free swaps.

10/10 customer service. I was in Universal Studios and my fuel rod ran out. I went to swap it at one of the locations, paid the $2, put the old one in, and it rejected it and ate my money! I was annoyed so I called them up. They were super polite, asked for the number on the kiosk, refunded my fee, gave me a new charged rod, AND let me keep my old one! Amazing service, I always recommend these to my friends.

The charge is at 5W speed (5V/1A), quite modest by today's standards, yet the rods heat up like crazy charging at that speed. Rods capacity is low. Sure, it makes the rods lighter, but a fully charged rod being only able to charge your phone about half way is just not enough. And the last but not least, paying $3 for a swap kills it for me. I've got fuel rod at Disney and could overlook the issues above with free swaps, but paying $3 to charge your phone half way is a showstopper.

The app doesn't work, I can't locate any kiosks or even sign up for the
company. I still have my fuel rod that I picked up in Disneyland, but I am
uncertain of the value now that I have left the park.

For me fuel rod did not hold up it's end of the bargain.wouldn't charge my phone up all the way one time from completely dead. And app was hard to figure out.Also, I wasn't able to exchange it ever successful. I won't get another
