Has everything a workout app should have, amazing interface, follow along a live human showing you vid of how it's done (with a timer) built in rest, built in 10 seconds more to go bell, beginner, intermediate and hard classes (workouts follow along!) Many more as I'm just learning 🙂 and it's free, hands down best free app on exercises. One that's better is fit coach, but I'm paid in that for a whole year subscription. This app full control is Amazing 😍 !

I was initially pleased with the workouts, but as it progressed, I had to modify everything because of physical limitations (permanent foot issue/limitation). I can't seem to find any way to modify the settings to remove jumping tye activities.

Been injury-prone when I do exercises from this app; this app is not for me. 2018 review: Would be nice for GIF image demonstrations when internet not available. Proper exercise form is important to avoid injury.

The Original App was much better such a shame you changed it so much, used it in 2020 during the Pandemic and got into great shape, just by using the one of the ready-made workouts. Just installed it onto a new phone, and it's completely changed, feels messy, had already deleted it from my old phone so don't remember the workout plan I used 😭 If I could have the old version back I'd gladly take it......

No exercises for the back, in their "full body" course the full body goes to the belly only, extremely weird series of exercises combined that no expert would ever combine, this app has been made by amateurs for sure, clock freezes all the time all in all a very bad app made by amateurs
