The app works okay, but you don't get many settings to control your account and the widget never works never ever ever. Almost every time I went to check my account with the widget it doesn't load/refresh. I think I can get my account load with the widget maybe once every 3 weeks. One of the best things of having an app like this is, so you can have a widget that works, and it just doesn't.

Your app is not that user-friendly and itz sooo slow. My payroll deposit should reflect immediately not almost 12 hourz after it" drop ". " Customization" ? ... I need to be able to" close / cancel or turn off" elements that do NOT directly apply to me or undesirable. I am getting tired of" x" off that spam text or email prompt ... I GET DA' POINT.

When you need it the most, it fails to work. And it fails to save account transfer information. Nor can you set up autopay. It requires constant observation and micromanagement to function. I was unable to process my mortgage payment because of these issues.
