★★★★★ I really get what I need in this app. It has workouts that fit me and it plans out the route I should take for my training sessions which spares me of the stress for doing it myself.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible The authors of this app missed the point entirely of functional training. Functional training is not a "one size fits all" approach. The canned routines in the app are a pathetic joke. A lot of this app is advertising for other equally bad apps.
