The app is great itself. However, I ordered a Darth Vader that lights up and makes noise when you touch his head. The two triple A batteries came included. The problem is that whoever shipped it out turned the pop on and killed the damn batteries. Someone failed to do something as simple as make sure the figure's ON and OFF switch wasn't set to on. Customer service overall around the world has plummeted and nobody seems to care about making sure the customer is happy.

The app doesn't show me my lists normally, and when I want to search for BTS, didn't find anything. But I tried to type BTS or the era where the dolls are in and tried their names but didn't work!

When I first downloaded the app I couldn't even log in because it wouldn't allow my email and after that it didn't send the verification email to log in, so the app wouldn't even work.

This app really sucks. It won't let you browse Pops in your collection 3befor glitching and resetting. It's only useful to make orders and confirm if a Pop is authentic or not. Fix your app Funko! It's a disgrace!
