The app is great itself. However, I ordered a Darth Vader that lights up and makes noise when you touch his head. The two triple A batteries came included. The problem is that whoever shipped it out turned the pop on and killed the damn batteries. Someone failed to do something as simple as make sure the figure's ON and OFF switch wasn't set to on. Customer service overall around the world has plummeted and nobody seems to care about making sure the customer is happy.

Terrible. The barcode scanner doesn't work, and it won't bring up pictures of what you are searching for. I'm trying to keep track of my collection, which is in the hundreds now, so I don't buy the same one twice or pass up ones I need to finish sets.
