Would not accept my email address that has been used regularly for past 10 yrs so had to continue purchase with a false one not impressed. I am thinking of cancelling my order as my money and time not valuable enough for self ridges.

PROS - Good delivery, well packaged items. Wishlist is handy but could be longer/given folders. CONS - No dark mode for sensitive eyes, bright white background only. NO customer service email address!! It's contact by phone, live chat, social media or postal address only now. Some customers still need and/or prefer the email option due to various disabilities as they can write it slowly, without pressure and save it in stages and may not use social media and post isn't suitable for everyone.

Horrible customer service. I bought a few. Times first was a gucci earring which they published for 2 but wrote in description earring. Then told me no refund. Then 2md was chanel ultra le tent which came with the cream all spilled wondering if it is used last buy which is the tory burch earring which came with broken stud pin in 1 and bent pin in another. No way to contact customer service except by phone or post. Live chat not on. I suggest not for international buyers buy at your own risk.

Slow, laggy, and if you leave the app and reopen it, it always resets to the homepage. Expected better from Self ridges! Really poor.
