Excellent customer service Excellent cameras with no issues. I recommend Fun lux/Zmodo 100%.

I'm thrilled with my cameras from Fun lux! They were at least five or six years old and are still my go-to cameras. I always check them first over my other newer upgraded cameras with more features. These cameras have lasted for at least 6 years and counting, without one bit of hassle! I cannot say that of my more expensive brand name newer products that are similar.

This app used to be OK. Not perfect, but serviceable. Now it's buggy, and sketchy ads play EVERY time you open the app. I have to watch an ad to access the video feed of the cameras I already paid for. And they aren't legit ads. They are sketchy loud AI ads for temu and other junk with fake 'X'es to close the ad which really just launch a popup to the ad's app or service. Absolute garbage treatment of loyal customers. I will be looking for an alternative camera system.

I bought a Fun lux security camera off Amazon & the harware was ok, but the app has always been buggy. I bought it with the NVR, but that stopped working & coincidentally they offered a cloud service I had to pay for. Then the app prompted a dialog to update cameras & the update would fail & lock up the screen, while trying to cancel. Now they are dumping ads before you can use the app. Dumping this in the garbage and buying a new one.
