If you just bought a care cam camera, return it. The only way to access it is through this app and, at some point, they start enabling ads in the app. Ads that blocks you from accessing your camera. It is just incredible what they are doing. The other day I had an emergency and had to wait a whole minute in order to see my own camera. Terrible company, horrible product in general. Do not know who makes these decisions, but this is terrible for your business and it affecta lives tremendous

Utterly useless. I can't even establish a connection to the camera through this app even after an hour of attempting to connect.
