App works but needs to improve and optimize the UI. There was no guide or on-boarding to help new users understand what to expect. Booking of appointment could be improved. Downloading of individual documents is a tedious exercise. Would suggest developers explore allowing users to download all documents as a batch or improve on the UI to optimize user experience. Required to press back button several times before I was allowed to download the next document.
