I was surprised to see some bad reviews. I've only ever had one issue while using this app for the passed 6 months. The app would freeze when ever I had a long comment to put in the comment section of a task.but that's it. Over all, it works like it's intended to. Very through and I enjoy using it for work. We used something different before and this is much better.

Terrible problems with app freezing up after work order complete. Will not close finished work order or allow to open new work order. Have to continually force stop app in order to open next work order.

It's a good app, but it glitches out quite a bit which makes our job a bit more complicated sometimes. Sometimes it boots, crashes, or I have to close the app, and then restart the app. I have even received the pop-up, "not responding' with wait or close as options. Other than that it's been a good app, is effective, and efficient. I noticed on this last update, with an inbox for notifications being added, however it seems the image not uploading after taking seems to be a glitch, still?!
