Mostly fine BUT the process was let down by it being extremely difficult to satisfy and complete the ID & photo capture section.

Terrible app, I don't think it has ever done what I've asked of it in a straightforward manner. Usually, I have to go to, "live chat", and ask a grumpy agent to complete a transaction, so I don't like doing that. Now the app has gone back to pretending to start, then skulking in the dark and doing nothing. Awful.

It's possibly the worst app ever. Absolutely useless. Exactly what you would expect from the furness building society. Moved three investments to FBS & spent 4 days trying to get it to work. Useless.

The front page states its quick n easy 🤣. It's anything but ! Already have an online account, but cant use those details to login. Auto face recognition doesn't take picture, just constantly says hold smile. Doesn't work after 7 attempts and when switching to manual capture you just get a spinning wheel, and it will not open the capture page. Then it just sends you back to taking a pic of ID AGAIN !!! Very long-winded so have given up. 7 weeks later, not any acknowledgement, says it all really !
