FusionPrep

FusionPrep is a paperless kitchen solution for restaurants. FusionPrep allows you to store and communicate your recipes, builds, training documents, photos, and videos to all of your kitchens with ease. No more emailing new & updated recipes, mailing large recipe binders, producing and shipping out training videos and documents. With FusionPrep all of this can be done easily from any computer with an Internet connection and seen in all of your kitchens in seconds!

Food Safety Labels: Get rid of the inefficiencies and frustrations of using masking tape and sharpies or single function label printing solutions. Prep cooks can quickly and easily print Food Safety Labels directly from FusionPrep from the same screen they view their prep recipe. Labels for portioned items can also be printed to show a full history of that item along with maintaining the original expiration date.

Label everything! You can now print custom expiration/food rotation, chemical and equipment labels as well as simple time stamp labels. We didn't stop there! You can also print these commonly-used labels:

Actions:
==
- Discard
- Do Not Use
- Pull
- Thaw
- Use First

Days of the Week:
==
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday

We also provide interactive on-hand counts, prep lists, line checks, temp logs (with wireless thermometer support), and check lists and we can even wirelessly monitor the temperature of walk-ins, freezers, hot/cold wells, etc. and alert you before it's too late!

Not only does FusionPrep remove all of this paper from your kitchens, but it provides above-store reporting that culinary and operations teams can use to see exactly what's happening in all of their kitchens.

There is no software required to manage all of your data. FusionPrep is a cloud-based solution. Culinary and operations teams are given access to our secure, web-based control panel to manage their data. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection.
