Worst update ever. We use this at my job and things now take 3 times longer than before. It's 10x slower, you can't view it sideways, it prints extra random labels, it always sends you back to the main page after you print 1 item, please revert to the old version this one sucks! Nice update, everything is 5x harder and laggier thanks for making our jobs harder. Embarrassing, no way this was tested before release.

The latest update is awful. Who ever programmed the redesign should go back to coding school. The app runs slower, is worse to navigate, uglier and crashes all the time making me sign in again in the middle of printing my labels.

The app keeps asking me to allow permissions and firmware update but doesn't do anything when I allow it, What can I do to fix this issue?

Bought the printer recently to be used in conjunction with the app on my phone...feel like I purchased a $300 paper weight. The printer and phone, although connected through Bluetooth, cannot be paired in the app itself, so I cannot use it. I have been on the phone with techs multiple times and still no resolution. Will update if it ever syncs up and works.
