Been using it to ship, app WORKS, it's very easy to keep track of everything you shipped as it already has all the tracking numbers. I also LOVE the interface, especially compared to other shipping apps/websites like pirate ship. Also get the cheapest prices on labels, It's very simple to use.

Generic labels have to be reset in between every print, making this machine wasteful and useless. It's illegal to require use of their labels only.

I, along with multiple other people who have left reviews, can't seem to keep my roll connected to my Wi-Fi. I have reach out to tech support multiple times, and they blame it on my Wi-Fi (which is perfectly fine). I have to reset my printer multiple times a day just to print a shipping label. I spent hundreds of dollars for a "wireless" printer that only works about 10% of the time. Such a waste of money.
