I've been using it for a week, mostly for the MTA free rides. It works well, but I just have to remember to switch the payment. I wish the funding were instantaneous though as managing the cash in the account is a bit of a pain. The card is currently not accepted by the NYC OMNI system. Let's see if they can fix this.

These people rob my sister they asked for her tax return a picture of her holding her ID and her social, and they never gave her tax return they have been holding her money with her card locked for almost a week worst Bank ever you cannot call anyone they message you back two or three days later asking how the chat go you never even talked to anyone

I have tried to sign up for the Future card bc I ride the Metro 6 days a week and this reward program will be beneficial if I can ever sign up for the card. It's been three days now. Please help
