The app is good and has plenty of room for improvement, one thing that I would really like to see is the ability to select the amount of frames in the resolution. It seems that all the recording resolutions are set to 30 frames while my phone can shoot at 60 frames full HD. Please fix it:)

At 1st I was disappointed because I couldn't get the app to work with my phone. I 1st tried it on the note 10 plus and then tried it on the note 8. Resulting with my phones telling me the app crashed. Finally, switched my phone to airplane mode to start the app. Once the app starts you can switch off airplane mode and then the app works fine.

After many communications with support team, a new version of android app released is installed, and it resolved all the problems I faced with connecting App and Gimbals. The app installed 2 firmware upgrades too. Looks like everything works fine now

Just got my Vilta-M Pro in the mail. Downloaded this App and attempted to open it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Crashes at start-up every time. App was just updated in August supposedly fixing bugs, but seems to me, it made it worse from what I am reading. Hopefully they fix it shortly or the product is worthless.

Issues connecting app and gimbals. Also, just tried going to website via the app and website is down. Two stars because when the app connected the features did work, but after many numerous attempts managed to get a connection 4x's out of maybe 20 tries. Galaxy Note 10+ 5g.

Poor software - I can't get the Vilta-SE to activate. I get a message error 1099 and have searched the internet and manufacturer website for assistance, with no luck. The YouTube videos omit that this may happen and don't provide answers. I assume this is due to a firmware update, but that fails also. Beware when buying this product. I will change my star rating in when the product works as advertised.
