Very clear app, used for click and collect and delivery at local fish and chip takeaways

Firstly I can't fault the food. It's the service that follows using this app. My understanding of click and collect is that you make your order, and it's ready for the time you have selected for it to be collected? This isn't the case. You make your order and then have to introduce yourself for them to even start making your food. Which goes against the whole click and collect in the first place.

App is fine, but menu doesn't reflect what is on the menu in the shop so can't select some kids' menu options, pies or burgers
