Placed an order once and paid via app but delivery guy said it had not been paid so phoned restraint who said it had not been paid even though app said it was. You are warned.

Placed an order via the app on 20th June 2021 at 17:13. It provided an estimated time of 19:45. Ok popular place. 20:00 I had to phone to find out what is happening. Told it is just being made in the kitchen. 21:00 I phone to request my money back. They don't look at orders via the app. Very poor service, no point in using the app.

Not sure why but it no longer works, but there are hardly any reviews with the same feedback. Blank screen, uninstall makes no difference. Thought there might be an updated version via their website but no it's the same link
