My AC was acting up yesterday I used this app to make an appointment at 5:30 p.m. it says it is still pending at 3:30 today no one has called me I have called the office I have called the last text that has been here I have called my rep that sold me the unit I have animals in my house and in Florida is very hot I am not a happy Floridian I even called them today and no one is answering my calls
