I enjoy the app it's easy to access, but I don't understand why I am still looking into an empty account for months (5) or no enforcement is happening to the abandoned dad. I hate the surrounding running'm getting from both states. It's really a slow process to get anything done. Need more approval, by checking account that are 3 months behind or getting less what they are supposed to get monthly.

DCSS SERVICES HELP WITH PARENTAL INTERFERENCE AND PARENTING TIME BECAUSE DCSS, PCSS STAFF DOESN'T HELP WITH CHILD VISITATION. NO DUE PROCESS. DCSS SERVICES VIOLATE EVERY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT. PHANTOM DEBT ATTACHED TO INACCURATE ACCOUNTING ARREARS BALANCE TOO MANY MISTAKES OF FACTS. MORE SO INTENTIONAL AFFLICTION ADMINISTRATION ERRORS DONE.

The only benefit from this app is seeing your deposit. You can't download your payment history. You have to contact child support to get the info, and they haven't contacted me yet. Too many issues to list with this app!
