There is nothing??? I downloaded, so I could see my benefits, but the only thing that comes up is a link to the online portal. What is the point of having the app it it just redirects me to the website????

Absolute worst experience in my life. You cannot receive their notices via email on here, and you cannot contact your caseworker through the app or by telephone. When checking notifications on here it just shows a blank screen. Seems as though you have to change your password every week. It's absolutely nerve-wracking.
