App infrastructure broken. >90% of UI to contact staff did not work during our 7-day stay due to server errors (HTTP 500s). This app will make us go elsewhere during next vacation. You should have known the HTTP 500s existed for an entire week, but you didn't. There are no second chances with this, our vacation is over. Added: just received an update to rate app from its menu. This also does not work of course, but at least they are HTTP 400 responses this time.

Would not populate the last name and kept throwing up error code. Uninstalled and installed three times. Same issue. Disappointed as I wanted to have this when we get to the resort. Does not work on my phone pixel but will work on my daughter's iPhone and iPad

This app is terrible! After saving your initial membership profile, you can't make any updates or changes. When the activity calendar did appear, the start times and locations were often incorrect. As a Karima member, I was hoping to better utilize this app during our week-long stay.

Very simple and mostly useless app. No resort map. No way to book restaurants. UI is not well-designed. Finding daily events is difficult. Does list restaurant open times (but not locations - see comment on "no map").
