So I decided to give this app a try since I have been getting an absurd amount of scam and spam calls. Within five minutes of using this app, I was banned/suspended. Update: They fixed the issue. But I'm still weary of reporting now. I still get 5+ phone calls a day that are spam or scam and not being blocked. So I had to literally just block everyone not in my contacts.

This is the most effective call blocker I have found, and I have tried several. I especially like how one can block specific area codes. Sometimes a blocked call rings briefly, but that's ok with me. I do set it up to be the default dialer to ensure effectiveness.

I downloaded the app today, paid the $1 and installed. I reported the last several spam calls that were on my phone. Got another call, tried to report it and now the app says I am blocked for suspicious activity. WHY? Update: I asked them why and have not received a reply after almost 24 hours, even though they supposedly reply within minutes. Uninstalling. The Real Call app seems to be a better option for me.

This app doesn't work for me. It keeps wanting me to subscribe, and then, when I agree to the terms, it acknowledges that I've already subscribed, but I can't get beyond that. 1/22/23 It's nearly two months after my initial comment. I still cannot get beyond the screen that acknowledges that I've already subscribed.

One of the primary reasons I bought this app was to be able to block incoming phone calls from certain area codes. I set that option, entered the 2 area codes where 95% of my spam calls come from, but they keep coming through! So far, it doesn't seem to have blocked any suspicious calls or text messages. In 3 instances, it did warn me of a suspicious caller that was likely spam. In two cases, it was; but in the other, it was a legitimate call that I had been waiting for.
