Fast delivery, good products, (relatively) low prices... user-friendly app as well... All in all, if you live in Switzerland and you are like online shopping, I recommend downloading the app and using its services (note that for electronics you may download Logitech, which has the same parent company as Galaxus)

Digitec Galaxus is a trustworthy instance in Switzerland. Except for food and clothing, my household supplies have basically been provided by them for years. It would be great if the Digitec and Galaxus order history could be unified, but that's the only detail that would further improve the user experience. However, this could lead to a significantly higher server request cadence and may be one of the main reasons why it has not yet been implemented.

Edit: Great that you fixed the issue. But now the entire app is broken. "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred". — Basic website wrapper with slow loading, and poor routing. When you open a search result page, the back button doesn't work. Write an actual native app.

It does not matter how the app looks like. Their delivery system is worthless. For my last two orders with home delivery, I received a broken item the first time, returned it, reorder a replacement and after an even longer wait the item got to me broken. These were two different delivery services, so the fault is with Galaxus not with the post. And no client service exists outside the preset automated assistant...that is not even using proper AI. I am in Geneva.

"Delivered tomorrow" not once has my parcel been delivered the next day as promised. It's very annoying, especially when the delivery date is a factor in my choice of product. On top of that, the app is very slow and buggy.

Password reset service doesn't work at least on mobile which is highly inconvenient. Yes, I've checked the spam etc., and the reset mail doesn't seem to arrive even in several days.
