The website is excellent enough. So this app is mostly redundant. I heard it log out people and forgets language settings. Thus, I think normal website is doing better job. It is also easier to make bookmarks and do forward backward navigation in a normal browser. I was hoping for some minimal changes, like menus and filters to be integrated into sidebar or top bar and be there always. The top bar never disappears when scrolling, this consuming space.

Previously had issues with getting a bundled code (Pragmatic). The customer support is great, but there seems to be an issue with the team responsible for sending the actual bundled code to the customer. I have otherwise only had good experiences with Digitec but this last case had really soured my experience because I had contacted customer support 2 times before this and was promised a code within 14 days from the 8th May, which I still haven't received at the time of this review.

Sorry but this has nothing to do with Corona, there is no lockdown now and so nothing to be excused. Besides, you can write normally "approximate delivery" but not "delivery by tomorrow", this is an intentional manipulation on the customer, and a fraud. After asking them so many times they still didn't change the false information saying "delivered by tomorrow" when sometimes you wait a week! This is fraud

They were my favorite store until they made a 860 fr gpu jump to 2300fr, didn't know stores could become scalpers, I'm uninstalling and il never buy another single part from this scalping store.
