I do not have the Samsung earbuds no more because this App wanted permissions I wasn't willing to give, I have earbuds that work that do not need permissions to TEXTS, PHONE, ETC they work just as well and can hear the outside world, I have many from Amazon & TEMU all work as intended with a voice. I'm getting peed off with Samsung it's not how it was why I chose Samsung in the first place all them years ago! I shall be looking for a different Android phone!! Goodbye Samsung!!

I have been using it since I got my first pair of Bluetooth headphones, and it has been amazing. It is useful when I need to hear people talk when I turn on the voice sound thingy, and how I can turn it off again. I just wish there was an option for volume boost.

They intentionally updated the app so we no longer have the option to even open it, even though you see it installed. A way of forcing us to upgrade. Not falling for it.

Does not work. I just get a connection straight from Bluetooth but no managing app. So what's the damn point then

Widgets don't work on non-gaming phones and the app doesn't appear anywhere, so you can't access the bud's settings.

Can't even get the app to work period. I have buds Fe, my phone finds them, but the app doesn't. WOW great app...
