Horrible app, cannot check in or use app for key.

The check in process using the app needs a fair bit of work. Asks me for my nationality then the drop-down list countries. Asks me for second guest details when these have already been provided. Same issue with check in time. Then at the end it asks if I want to pay when I have already paid. Quite a poor experience.

Horrible app to navigate. Impossible to update payment card linked to my account. Was told after a recent stay I paid on a card that was different to the (expired) payment card on my rewards' app, so no points were allocated and wouldn’t be allocated - very poor customer service! No other rewards service works like this. Stayed in July, still can't figure out where to change the payment card on the app.
