It is my first time in the app and any resources that I've found are simply documents that are displayed in the app, they are not adapted to mobile use. Viewing on my phone I need to zoom into, essentially, an 8.5x11 sheet to try to read it. That is somewhat useless and at the very least frustrating. If you are going to make an app the make an app, not a mechanism for viewing PDFs.

I just purchased the Clifton strengths assessment, the amount was deducted but cannot find the access for it in the app neither the portal Also I needed to do the login thing several times.

Buggy. QR code sharing doesn't work. Email sharing isn't consistent and permissions aren't setup when sharing. App being called 'access' is silly, makes it hard to find on the phone...
