I haven't had any problems apart from today. I was paying for 2 games which hasn't been released yet and when I first paid I had no email for confirmation and when I tried again I had no confirmation. There is no way I'm not paying again for pre-orders.

Since the update I can't sign in, tells me wrong password/email address. Have always used the same email, now doesn't recognize it. Very frustrating. Have pre-orders but can't check on them. Can't do anything because I can't sign in anymore.

The app changed quite some time ago through Frasers and has been unusable since. I have tried 4/5 transactions over the past year, and each one goes the same way. 1. Add items to cart 2. Input details and pay - redirected to my banks' app to authenticate - succeed and money taken into "pending" 3. Return to app for card details to be processed. 4. Stuck in an infinite waiting screen where the order never gets confirmed. 5. 8 days later my money is automatically returned. Will no longer try.

I am an avid gamer and get 85% of all new release games as I own a PS4, PS5 and an Xbox One and used to pre-order games I popped into the lough borough store and went to pre-order the new Assassin's Creed - shadows and was really annoyed that u can't pre-order at a shop anymore and have to do it online I only use cash and a standard cash machine card, so this has taken my option to pre-order away im disgusted that since game were taken over its gone downhill im thinking of finding another shop
