Strange that I have to report every disc, although I drop them off directly inside the post office and in the sleeve they came in. Not only does shipping take a week, but, for Gamely to register returns it has to be done by reporting the disc as missing or discs won't arrive for many weeks. Still, I would sign up for a plan that sends 3 discs but there is no such plan.

I've been using this subscription video game rental service for almost a year now, and I'm really pleased with it. Although it's a mail-based service, which can be a bit slow for receiving and returning games, the selection is impressive. I've had the chance to try out games I wouldn't have considered buying otherwise, and that's been a great experience. There have only been a couple of instances where I didn't find the games I wanted, but overall, I'm happy with the service.

All I wanted as a kid in the 2000s was gamely. Now, as an adult, I have had them for 4 years. It's a great service and the customer service is excellent. Thank you for keeping game rentals available to us all!!!

Gamely used to be good. Send a game back, get a confirmation 3–5 days later, get a game another 4–6 days later. Not the best, but it's worth it. Recently, you send the game back, 7–10 days later, you get confirmation, maybe 10 days later you get another game. So I'm paying by the month, but I have to wait three weeks in between games. Also, every 4th game, I have to email and let them know that I sent the game, and they didn't receive it, or they sent me a game, and I never got it.
