Compatibility. Conceptually, this app is crazy awesome. However, it does not support several emulators on the market (I don't see why not). If it could support all sorts of emulators, this apply would be a perfect organizational tool.

Too painful to make work I had to find a windows app to change all my ROMs to .zip and I thought I was done. But GameShelf Didn't recognize my files because they didn't have the exact names of the games. I can live with the in-emulator selection.

Great idea, but... Won't recognize many emulators, and renaming every ROM to end in .zip is ridiculous, especially since psx won't run that file type. The app looks classy, but the implementation needs A LOT of work. If the app could scan your directories and id multiple rom file types, that would be a step in the right direction. If you could select a path from app to emu, that would dramatically increase usability. Right now you've got a pig in lipstick.
