Not listening to user feedback. This application already has asked me several times' feedback. Every time I report that it is annoying that it is not supported to have an empty schedule for my robotic lawnmower. When deleting the last schedule I get "Deleting not possible, The mover must have at least one schedule" why? I only want to activate the lawnmower manually if the grass is dry, so I don't need a schedule. Now each week it moves out for 1 minute just because the app requires this.

The mower will "NOT" stay connected or stay looped to the mower!! I am very disappointed 😞 in the product!!

I bought a SILENT flex on August 2025 and downloaded the app. I installed the boundary wire and let the machine charge overnight. To my surprise, the model is not listed on the app. I called US Customer Service and was asked to try the other 4 models. None of them worked. The SILENT flex is the latest model and the app was updated in July. I can't try your suggestion because SILENT flex is not listed in the app.
