★★★★★ I had same issue as Jean. After update, I could not log in. Techs working on it. Computer access still working. Issue was fixed later in the day. Needed to remove app and reinstall all is well now. Gatehouse was on & fixed the problem.

★★★★★ Easy app to use to add guests and remove. No need to call the gate house any longer.

★★☆☆☆ Still unusable. Visitors don't show up in the app, can't add visitors. Wish 0 stars was an option

★★☆☆☆ For a better user experience... 1. When creating a guest pass, you have to add tomorrow to the popup. Right now it only has 1 day and to make a pass for tomorrow I either choose 3 days to be quick, but it's a security thing because they don't need a3 day pass, or I can do custom then have to do start end etc., which is like 3 steps. Just add tomorrow under 1 day. 2. make the visitor list clickable nobody knows you have to slide to reveal the buttons. I make apps for a living you need a UX person.

★★☆☆☆ Updated 3 days ago. Can't add phones or visitors. Can't input date of visit, upon saving the date it loops ''/NaN - NaN/". Instructions for fixing problems with Pie9 are needlessly complicated. Who are these folks?
