Very disappointed once I loaded the app to the phone kept telling me the password was incorrect and when I told it I forgot password it kept coming back to submit e-mal and password and did not let me put in a new password, and locked me out.

I love this App, because it makes it so easy to pay my rent. The only issue I have is that I am unable to pay current months electricity. I have to wait till the 15th of every month before it is even available. Which makes it impossible for me, due to personal reasons I won't divulge.

When it comes to paying rent it's too restrictive. As long as a resident is trying to make a payment, it shouldn be a minimum amount that they're able to pay. Let people as they choose as long as it's paid. What's the point of an app, if I still have to go to a store toale my rent payment?

Will not take my password, will not let me change it. This sux. You can not pay your bill then get charged a late fee.

It should allow recurring payment setup auto-pay would help the renters and the apartment complex

Not able to reset my password. No way to contact anyone. No way to put in maintenance requests or pay rent or anything unless I can get in. It won't let me put in the old password and says its incorrect when it's not. Unable to change my email address, either, which is no longer a valid or active address! So tired of issues and glitches and no fixes.
