I'm still waiting on getting my air conditioner fixed. Would be nice not to get the same answer when you ask when will they actually do something or give an answer other than (I don't know?) It's been over a month waiting through 85° plus weather. We can't open the screen by the sliding door. That's another I don't know answer, on when it will be returned??? That has been several months???

One of the reasons I moved into this complex was the amenity of having a washer and dryer hook up. I was told during the viewing that everything should be fine. But, now, I'm being told "I'm a realtor, I'm not maintenance" when they were told that this amenity has 4 maintenance requests completed, and it still cannot be fixed. Now they want to do a fifth. This amenity should have been tested to see if it even works before certifying that it does.

It's the worst u pay rent electricity gas water renters insurance and please don't pay with ur debit card the fee is outrageous I've had several issues with MM, and I've been in my place only 2 months they use cheap paint and put bandages on things that don't work I wish I did a thorough walk through before renting from them so when renting from everyone who u pay rent 2 pull out stoves refrigerators every appliance check under sinks and if possible find the person that rented before u
