I'm still waiting on getting my air conditioner fixed. Would be nice not to get the same answer when you ask when will they actually do something or give an answer other than (I don't know?) It's been over a month waiting through 85° plus weather. We can't open the screen by the sliding door. That's another I don't know answer, on when it will be returned??? That has been several months???

One of the reasons I moved into this complex was the amenity of having a washer and dryer hook up. I was told during the viewing that everything should be fine. But, now, I'm being told "I'm a realtor, I'm not maintenance" when they were told that this amenity has 4 maintenance requests completed, and it still cannot be fixed. Now they want to do a fifth. This amenity should have been tested to see if it even works before certifying that it does.

The app rarely has my balance correct. Randomly adds late charges, oftentimes will not allow me pay. I have to have my property manager adjust it or fix it almost every month.

Fix the app where is the payment section I been looking it isn't there im trying to pay my rent on the app don't see anywhere to pay
