I've lived here 3ish years Always loved my manager Sammy. And always paid with my debit card. Honestly, the only issue I've ever had is with the rent reporting. Every year. I'm simply erased like I never used them. I'm removed completely from my credit report, looking odd, I have to re-sign up again as a new renter all over again this year I've been paying since the beginning of the year I believe. And just looked on my credit report. And nothing is being reported. Wish for a smooth transition

After a few years of using Building for rent I have never had a problem. For 7 days I have been trying to pay rent to no avail.suddenly it doesn't recognize my user ID or my password. I reset at least 6x...even setup new password and new Gmail account...nope...called Building 2x, left 2 separate call backs. Scheduled callbacks ...still waiting... I HAVE TO PAY MY RENT.BEEN TRYING FOR 7 DAYS. I am exhausted...so no... I am not happy with them...

I have to pay $40 just to pay for my rent. This is nonsense. Then they don't want to give me the address to send the rent money.

Works but there is a stupid incentive to use a credit card for a chance to win $5000. They charge a 3% fee using a credit card, so you could be paying over 50 dollars in fees for a tiny chance to win $5000. What a perverse "opportunity" to try and dupe people.

Why did you take away the option to pay with my debt card? On top of that why is nobody returning our calls. What is going on King Crest? Plenty of us here have called and sent emails with no responses. I personally had a waterline bust over the passed few months in my yard and called the number you guys have in the park, with no phone call back.
