Building offered happy co inspector for free for YEARS and now ants us to pay for it, which would be understandable if they were only charging per rental unit. But they aren't. They are charging for all units including association units even though THEY KNOW we have no legal right to enter a person's home within an HOA. HOAs have no rights to do this nor do we as the management company. Absolutely bogus and such a money hungry move...

Last update now doesn't let the app open past the log in screen. I go through the 2-step verification with no problem, but it just keeps returning to the log in screen. Completely useless now.

Our company is based in Bahrain, and we are using Building in English. However, on Resident Center, the numbers are in Arabic. Most of our clients are not Arabic speakers, and we've been receiving multiple request to change it to English, but there is no option. The resident center is deemed to be useless on our client's side since they couldn't understand anything. We've been requesting for update for the past 2 years with no avail.
