Yuck. As a rental owner that uses building for property management purposes, I tried the app years ago and found it nearly useless (compared to the website). Recently I've tried it again, and it's much more visually appealing than years ago, but it's almost as useless as before. I JUST WANT TO SEE WHO MY DELINQUENT TENANTS ARE!! Why should I need to run a report, download it, extract a file, and then look at each property separately?! Come on guys. For how much this software costs, gotta improve.

Our company is based in Bahrain, and we are using Building in English. However, on Resident Center, the numbers are in Arabic. Most of our clients are not Arabic speakers, and we've been receiving multiple request to change it to English, but there is no option. The resident center is deemed to be useless on our client's side since they couldn't understand anything. We've been requesting for update for the past 2 years with no avail.

If you are a vendor. They don't pay you. But if you are a pennant They charge you right away!!! I'm a vendor. (my company now use this useless company to pay me) NEVER EXPECT YOUR PAY CHECK ON TIME WITH THIS PAYMENT DEPARTMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT TO DO ANYTHING WITH PAYMENT DEPARTMENT. PAYMENT DEPARTMENT. PLEASE. DO Not NOT REPRODUCE YOUR SELF. . PLEASE! THE WORST DEPARTMENT EVER . Don't use this app. You being warned. They charge you. But they don't pay you. . Payment department. Too many errors log in and operations. Tenant's have trouble getting on as well. Our previous platform Rented Direct seems like was better option
