Property Management Software features:
Properties: Store property name, address, save property as single unit multi unit, upload picture, number of bedrooms, number of washrooms, purchase price, down payment, room sizes, appliances details, utilities company details and more.
Tenants: Tenant name, picture, phone numbers, email, occupant details, upload lease agreement document, rent amount, rent due date, rent frequency, security deposit amount, rent deposit, lease alert reminder and more. Call, text, or email your tenants directly from the app.
Applicants: Store rental applicants (prospective tenants) information for use in future for your rental properties. You can convert applicants into tenants any time you want and set their lease period.
Documents: Upload the rental agreement, notices, application forms, bills and much more. Access them from anywhere anytime.
Tenant Access: You can invite your Tenants to join World of Rental. Allow tenants to view the details regarding rent payments made, rent and lease due dates. Tenants can contact you and request for the services or repairs directly from the App.
Transactions: Enter all types of transactions - income, expense and liability. Set recurring transactions to automatically enter certain transactions. Use recurring transaction as the transaction entry directly. Get ready for the tax time and view cash flow. Generate reports anytime.
Tasks: Maintain tasks related to your rental properties like water leakage, cleaning, changing the roof, repair furnace and much more. You could let tenants access tasks that you would like them to view. Get alerts, upload files related to tasks, set start and due date and make them as pending or completed.
Reports: Get reports for the rental property lease status, income, expense, profit and loss for each of your rental units or all of them at once. Obtain reports of the cash flow - monthly, yearly and between custom dates in various formats.
Inspection Reports: Take pictures of your property before tenants move in and take pictures of damages or repairs required. Save them as inspection report with date and time stamp using your phone. Avoid the future issues with tenants regarding your properties.
Alerts: Tired of remembering dates, then we will remind you. Get Notification alerts like rent due date, lease ending date, task deadlines and transactions. Alerts will be sent to your email or you can view them on your dashboard.

App keeps crashing as to other feedback. I message a few times with questions and also sent 2 x support tickets with no reply from all. Why have a support system where nobody replies to your problems
