Disappointed that the App discount did not apply straight away, but takes 72 hours. The App took forever to download in Gates. Consequently, we did not get our discount probably in the small print when downloading. Not happy and ended up not buying all the items we had in the trolly.

Been using this app for some time now and find it useful if a phone signal is available. The guest Wi-Fi won't connect for some reason. The main use for this app though is ordering food from the table. Sadly only PayPal is available unless you don't mind entering card details manually and all that nonsense. Card details are not saved, so it's quicker to wait in the queue for the till.

Was looking forward to signing up for the app but very disappointed to see that you have to sign up for at least one form of marketing comms. I try to limit what I receive so will see how much I get and delete if I consider it's too much. Should be customer choice if they do not want to receive comms.

No internet connection so can't open app to scan at the till and staff can't search your loyalty card at the till, yes I could open my app at home and screenshot my loyalty card but why should I. It makes me wonder if this is so you don't have to give discounts.
