Good when working. "Sorry we had a problem checking customer status. Please try again or contact customer support". App worked fine for ages, but logged me out and now impossible to get back on. Seems others are the same. I walked out of QD as the reward app wasn't working (actually found what I was looking for much cheaper in another shop, so thanks!).

Looking at all the review, it appears that the logging in error has been going for a long time. What's the point of a reward card if you can't register?

Downloaded this app according to a leaflet from the QD store. App seemed not working as that stated in the leaflet after an email address had been entered. Not user-friendly at all and the only available course of next action appeared to be quitting the app!

I have a rewards card, have registered it, and it's valid (checked in store, and they can see my details) but I can't log into the app. And it won't email me to reset my password. So frustrating!
