I love the app and being able to order groceries online. I would have given it 5 stars, but the app could use some improvements. At times, it's very slow to load and gives me grief while looking for things. Lastly, often times fresh items do not have pictures which would be beneficial when shopping for items unique to Reasons, fresh, deli, etc. For the most part it's an overall positive experience. Thanks, guys!

The app is great and makes shopping easy. My only issues are that it does not load sometimes, even after restarting the app, and the search function is unforgiving with exact spelling (i.e. Captain Crunch or Capn Crunch gets not results but Cap'n Crunch does).

Unable to link my Reason's Rewards Card to this app after multiple attempts and am I missing out on digital coupons. This shouldn't be so difficult to join!

The app designers must be autistic because It is so clunky. For instance when trying to search for a product. Let's just say frozen dinners. It will give a list for EVERYTHING frozen starting with waffles. Or if I search shrimp I get tons of results for everything other than shrimp. If you try to search for pierogies NO results come back, and I know they sell them because I have bought them before. The search function sucks. Walmart app is so much better and brings up what you search for.
