All worked like clockwork for me. I particularly like the feature that allowed me to copy and paste all the required details from GB in order to set up a transfer.

A very simple app to use. Just what I like. Gives all the important information, and appears compatible with my phone. No banners or ads to sell banking products. A dark theme would be great to have if possible and daily interest accrued figures should be included.

Excellent App, giving very fast access to all required information in crisp, crystal-clear format. [Moto g56(5G)]

Slow and clunky app. Withdrawal speed is very poor. Withdrawals are only processed on working days and even within a working day take many hours. Example - withdrawal requested 1800 Friday - 1100 Monday still waiting for funds.

Poor user experience with very limited options available in the app. It is also glitchy and makes the screen flash when performing certain actions. The app looks like it's been programmed by a child. Such a pity because their savings rates are extremely competitive. I'm hoping they do some serious work on their app because it's not up to any kind of standard.
