★★☆☆☆ Should have listened to the other reviews here. Genuinely the worst restaurant ordering / sign- up experience I've ever had. We chose our food on the app, went to pay, at which point it told me I needed to sign up for an account. Went through that process, and it had deleted the entire order. Readded, went to pay, and that's another whole awful multi step system of having to add a card to your account before you can use it to pay. Avoiding GBK again until using this isn't a necessity.

★★☆☆☆ Tried using app again today at a restaurant. Eventually managed to log on (after being made to sign up again) then payment failed twice (just hung with no response). We left and went to 5 Guys who took our card very easily and had a delicious burger. Don't think GBK will survive much longer if you can't do the basics like take an order.
