I transfer money still not credited to my bank account. I wait for one day and next day I what's up the exchange they informed me it will take two more days. Also staff doesn't have proper knowledge

I experienced very poor response from call center. I am trying to send some money to India, but couldn't due to app limitation. I explained this but nobody giving proper response. They said they will come back but till now no one. It is almost two days.
