The rides share, is very straightforward and affordable. Compared to other ride-shares in my neighborhood which find ridiculous ways to overcharge, Gcoo is very adorable the cost is flat, just time used. Although they have added a 50¢ service charge, which I am okay with because the customer service is great. As of recently though the payment system changed from pay per ride, to prefill $5, and you can not add more than that per time, also you can not migrate account to new devices.

This was a really badass scooter. Unlike other scooters around LA, these have blinkers. They ride like a dream. And they are MUCH cheaper than the rest. I only wish I had known about them sooner.

Don't use this company - they are no better than dishonorable theives! Why? 1. I used GOO in Vietnam, but was charged in USD rather than local currency. 2. Nowhere in their App does it state they charge in USD. 3. The $10 minimum set up is equivalent to 250,000VND 4. I had one ride of 74 minutes, and all of my money was gone. 5. In Vietnam, it costs 150,000VND to rent a motor scooter for 1 day. A bicycle costs 80,000VND. 6. The GOO bike was of very poor quality and uncomfortable.

What is the point of using a GOO bicycle anymore? Just six months ago, the speed limit was 25 km/h. Now it has been cut in half to 13 km/h. Why? Someone from the company needs to contact me and explain why the bicycles are now so much slower. Is it because a few people complained that the bikes were too fast and dangerous? If so, the problem is not the bicycles—it is pedestrians wearing earphones and staring at their phones while walking in the road.

Absolutely terrible. Map can't accurately pinpoint my location so parking is not allowed on app when I'm literally at the bike parking station this happened multiple times

GOO Sucks! Those thieves' app charged me $10 but would not let me ride the scooters! Their customer service pages on the app both showed errors! Horrible App!
