Constantly crashing, no offline mode makes it essentially useless in the small towns that operate it as their cell coverage is unreliable at best.

The app is super glitchy, and I had to constantly refresh it. Once I finally got it to work it charged me $2 for a vehicle that didn't even work.

The bike never unlocked and charged my girlfriend $50 and customer service by phone and app did not respond. This is a scam company, do not trust this company!!!
