As of 7/23/2025, to use a gift card, you have to turn on gesture navigation mode. Otherwise, the traditional navigation buttons block the "use this card" button. It should be fixed. A temporal solution is to click the blue and white boundary edge of the far left or right part of the blue button. Or, just turn on the gesture navigation mode to remove the navigation buttons.

I've been using this app and their services for years and have never encountered any issues or problems with my purchases. I think I had to wait 5 minutes for the card details to show up in my email one time, and I would consider that as an instant delivery. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews by so many people. I certainly haven't experienced anything negative. Saves me money all the time. Thanks for your service!

This app was great when it was Raise. I only had zero balance cards a couple of times in roughly 5 years, and I bought them constantly to save money. I was refunded quickly for those. Once it changed to GCX, it went downhill. The discounts became significantly lower, they stopped having certain stores listed and the 'customer service' is not a thing. I had 2 zero balances and submitted claims multiple times. I never heard back. I also had transactions cancelled when trying to buy. I stopped using it

Yep have had like 3 gift cards that I was trying to sell on here had money on them until I put in the info they needed and then get to the wnd, and they wanted to verify with my card info but then wouldn't take it and now it doesn't even show that I did any transaction becuz then it just kept saying try again something went wrong. So now ive lost over $600 in gift cards that I was going to use to buy groceries so thank u!!!!!

I got scammed. The merchant said the gift cards were cancelled. GCX says they won't help because it's past 90 days.
