I've been using this app and their services for years and have never encountered any issues or problems with my purchases. I think I had to wait 5 minutes for the card details to show up in my email one time, and I would consider that as an instant delivery. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews by so many people. I certainly haven't experienced anything negative. Saves me money all the time. Thanks for your service!

I've been using this app for years, and it's been glitchy lately, so I wanted to provide a workaround: if purchased gift cards aren't showing up in the "My Cards" tab, go to your profile > My Orders and then click the part that says "Reveal Card Details"- the cashier would have to enter it manually but at least it exists. I've only ever had 1 card not have the balance it was supposed to, and that was years ago and customer service was great. This app isn't a scam.

Horrible all of a sudden. Never had an issue with raise just in last two weeks purchased cards that have $0 on them. Customer service has yet to get back to me in regards to refunding my money. This issue never was before, and now they charge a fee to secure the card is valid. Makes no sense. Long time customer no more! 48 hours to reply is not true I reported issue on 9/10 today is 9/15

Terrible customer service. I bought four gift cards on the platform, and none of them worked. I opened a case with GCX, they replied with a non-functional website link to check gift card balance, and they immediately closed the case. I am still out $100 with gift cards that cannot be used.
