I reset this device, now it works. This is a useful feature for the tub. The app is still wonky, but you need all runs to have a direct connection. If you guys fixed it, Thank you.

Physical orientation of the modules are important! I just installed my new spa with the in touch 2 adapter. The troubleshooting video says the modules have a preference for facing each other as much as possible. At first, I tried without taking this in consideration, but the app connected about 2 times out of 25. I then set the orientation of both modules, so they would face each other (the top section with the logo) and now it connects rapidly and consistently. Hope this helps anyone!

App does exactly what I need it to do: remotely monitor and adjust my hot tub's temperature. It also allows me to turn the pump on and off remotely, which is great when I need to add chemicals w/ the pump running but don't want to be tied to the hot tub for ~15 minutes; I can just flip the pump off from the app from wherever I happen to be.

The Apple version of this App works fine. But the Android version only works when my phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the spa. Hence, I can't connect yo my spa while away from home.

I saw all the bad reviews and hoped the experience wasn't as bad, well folks, I'm here to tell you it is unfortunately. I'll admit the app is pretty trash, it continuously fails to connect to the hot tub receiver and when it does half of the time it takes forever, if you navigate from the app and come back it starts over again to connect. It's just awful. The controls work pretty well though when connected, but it's not an app you can rely on.
