Did everything as instructioned on my Xbox Series S and phone for the ax360 prelude and the app just won't find it I don't know if I'm supposed to connect with the device, but I tried it after, and it wouldn't even let me connect to it waited 8 days for a product I can't use so one star until fixed

Is it the device or the app? I can't tell. About 5 out of 10 times, I attempted to use the ax200 for aim assist on MnK in apex to combat the rage hacking in the game recently. It'll show everything working, but you'll have zero aim assist with the dumbed down movement... the key mapping and functionality of everything in the app seems to work otherwise, though. That's why it isn't 1 star.
