Cannot connect to the Wi-Fi even after deleting the app and reinstalling

Video is very choppy and app keeps freezing. Hard to use a camera that you can't see with! Reinstalling to see if that helps. If it do I'll fix my review bc honestly I love my little ear cleaner but the app is iffy anymore.
