Can't access my membership card or buy tickets. I like the articles but the login is a disaster (it tells me to update Chrome which I have). Back to the website I suppose.

This app is clunky and useless. It asks me to log in and the won't let me. What's the point in having mobile tickets if you can't let people access them?

I want to like this app, but I can't. Two big issues. There is ALWAYS a popup, and it is impossible to dismiss it! If I press the x to dismiss the popup, I get directed to the thing the popup is advertising. This has been the case for the last couple of months and literally makes the app unusable. Second issue - I cannot access my membership information. I click the relevant menu option, I get redirected to Ticketmaster's awful site, which gives me an error message. Every time.

I couldn't log in to the Cats shop with my membership details via the app. As a minimum, suggest an update so that if you are logged into the Geelong Cats app with your membership, then you shouldn't need to log in again to the shop. Go Cats!

Very, very poor app. Freezes, have to reboot, difficult to access tickets. Has not been updated for Android 15, makes you automatically link to Ticketmaster etc., etc., etc
